布列塔尼的 IRC 競賽船與快速巡航船造船廠，船型由 Jacques Valer 設計——JPK 1050 與 1180、39 FC 與即將推出的 48 FC，以及 Nomad 40 動力巡航船——1992 年由風浪板冠軍 Jean-Pierre Kelbert 創立，自 2003 年的 JPK 960 起在 Lorient 附近的 Larmor-Plage 建造。

JPK 以創辦人自己的話講述其歷史。Jean-Pierre Kelbert 十三歲時愛上航海，在 1980 年代的風浪板熱潮中參加比賽，1986 年加入法國國家隊，1988 年與 1989 年獲得歐洲冠軍，並在 1988 年首爾奧運選拔中名列第二。1992 年，他創立 JPK Composites，打造高階環氧樹脂夾層 funboard 風浪板；在拿下法國與世界冠軍、並保持速度紀錄八年之後，公司於 2002 年轉向帆船遊艇，與船舶設計師 Jacques Valer 的相遇，讓首艘 JPK 960 於 2003 年 3 月下水。同樣由 Valer 設計的 JPK 1010 締造了船廠的戰績，在 2006、2009、2012 與 2015 年的 Transquadra 以及 2013 年的 Fastnet 奪得總冠軍；Fast Cruiser 系列於 2012 年 4 月以 2013 年 Sailboat of the Year 的 JPK 38 揭開序幕，2014 年的 1080 在同一賽季贏得 Rolex Fastnet 與 Sydney Hobart 總冠軍後，獲選 2015 年 European Boat of the Year，JPK 45 拿下 2016 年的頭銜，2018 年的 1180 則以超過五小時的差距贏得 2019 年 Fastnet 雙人組。JPK 39 FC 於 2021 年取代 38，並獲選 2022 年 Sailboat of the Year；2023 年，船廠打造了首艘動力船 JPK Nomad 40。
